Structured Finance Career Associate Attorney

Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a structured finance career associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in securitization/structured finance. The candidate should preferably have prior CMBS experience. Must be a member of the CA Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills and the ability to work with clients are required.
