New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for working with our clients (landlords and property managers) on Landlord/Tenant related matters, assessing the viability of evictions and participating in the litigation of these matters, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery for Real Estate litigation matters in Supreme Court, drafting appeals and appearing in Court on motions and hearings. Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

The candidate must be knowledgeable in Landlord/Tenant matters and Real Estate litigation and have experience in notices, motions, orders to show cause, discovery requests and responses, pleadings and memoranda of law/briefs; as well as experience with trials and hearings as they are expected to make appearances several times per week in Housing Court, Civil or Supreme Court throughout the City of New York. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, possess strong research and writing skills, be client service oriented, have excellent time management efficiency, attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments and be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
