Business Transactions Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business transactions associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior lawyers, will possess a high level of professionalism when working and engaging with demanding clients, have the ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized, and will exercise extreme attention to detail. Should have an interest in working on matters involving general corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities and finance. Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and leading transactional matters in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters requiring complex legal analysis is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Must be admitted to practice in California, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
