Regulations, Investigations, Securities, and Compliance Lawyer

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks regulations, investigations, securities, and compliance lawyer with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will join the Regulations, Investigations, Securities, and Compliance practice team with experience primarily in U.S. export controls (BIS), sanctions (OFAC), and other international trade-related regulations (customs). Should have experience in counseling, training, licensing, opinion work, filings, compliance audits, internal investigations, responding to government enforcement actions, and developing and implementing relevant compliance policies and procedures. Should have experience in other types of investigations related to work and/or national security matters (CFIUS). Should also be an active member of the DC Bar.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school (U.S. JD required); excellent communication and writing skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
