Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level private equity transactions associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate will advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies with respect to the sophisticated public or private acquisitions, growth investments, and other similar transactions, as well as general corporate matters, including governance and securities law compliance matters. Will have direct client contact. Must have experience at a large AmLaw 100 law firm.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and, at times, deadline-driven environment. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent is also required.
