Gainesville office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will be drafting and responding to discovery, conducting legal research and formulating recommendations in the form of memorandums, preparing cases for trial and drafting Answers, Counterclaims, Motions, Briefs and other pleadings. Will assume courtroom responsibilities, manage multiple paralegals and work with multiple partners. Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia.

Must have excellent writing and research skills, strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize. Must have good people skills, and be comfortable handling different personalities. Proficient use of IPads, smart phones, Westlaw/Lexis Nexis, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word and Excel are a must.
