Associate Attorney

Must have experience with offensive and defensive discovery, including document collection and review, drafting written discovery requests and responses, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and litigating discovery motions. The candidate will work on high-impact environmental cases representing states, counties, cities, and non-profits.

The candidate must thrive in the accelerated environment of complex litigation and discovery. Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork are required.
