Milwaukee office of our client seeks mechanical engineering patent engineer/attorney with 2-4 years of firm or in-house patent experience. The candidate must preferably have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Biomechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Physics backgrounds may be considered. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred. Should be in good standing and an active member of the WI Bar.

The candidate must excel in a team environment and be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent business judgment, outstanding written communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive (and have fun!) in a fast-paced professional environment. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
