Staten Island office of our client seeks residential/commercial real estate attorney with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will be engaged in a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, commercial leases, development related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts, such as title and survey reviews.

The candidate should have the ability to work proactively and independently; but the firm offers a collaborative work environment.
