Foreclosure Attorney

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks foreclosure attorney with 2+ years of experience to work in the foreclosure practice. The candidate will handle a foreclosure and eviction caseload for national lenders and servicers. Will review and approval of pleadings and motions. Attend court matters in person and telephonically. Help manage department staff. Great opportunity to join a Firm that is well respected in the credit and collections industry. Experience should be in residential and commercial foreclosure. Knowledge and experience in consumer and commercial debt collection is a plus. Should have experience with the FDCPA, and understand compliance regulations promulgated by the CFPB. Must also be familiar with GSE rules and requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BKFS and Tempo a plus. Ohio license is required.

The candidate should have excellent organization, computer, and communications skills. Must have ability to prioritize conflicting demands, takes initiative, outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a group and independently with a multitude of personalities. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and display an attitude that no task is too small to get the job done and serve the client. Should have Law degree. Detail oriented and a strong commitment to customer service.
