Real Estate Attorney

The candidate will serve in the representation of owners of commercial real estate in connection with the development, purchase, sale, and financing of affordable apartment properties utilizing federal, state, and local subsidies with an emphasis on low-income housing and historic tax credits and market-rate housing properties, as well as owners of office and medical office buildings, biotech lab buildings, lenders in commercial loan transactions and landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. Will serve in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the preparation of equity syndication documents. This position is a partnership track.

The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and have strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
