The candidate will join the Products Liability group. Will draft pleadings, take depositions, argue motions, appear at court hearings, and participate in trials. Have overall litigation case management experience including drafting motions and handling discovery. Arizona Bar admission required.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
