The candidate will be preparing clients for federal and nationwide compliance deadlines, preparing and filing various exemptions for clients, and generally supporting the needs of nonprofit clients as it relates to federal and state-level applications, filings, and charitable solicitations. Must be knowledgeable about charitable registrations, solicitation rules, compliance, and state licensure issues. Possesses excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar.
