New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior commercial real estate associate attorney with 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience. The candidate should have experience including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of property, financing/loan transactions, operating agreements, and leasing. Should have experience leading deals and closings as well as client contact and interaction. Experience representing commercial real estate purchasers and developers preferred.
