Personal Injury Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-10 years of experience in litigation. The candidate will draft, review and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents. Will represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Communicate with expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, witnesses, and medical providers. Should have California State Bar License. Experience overseeing general liability/personal injury matters as required.

The candidate should have excellent written communication skills. Must have the capability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent academic credentials and references are required.
