Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level chemical/litigation attorney with 3-4 years of solid patent litigation and/or Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) experience. The candidate should have a background in the Chemical Arts. Advanced degrees strongly preferred. Patent prosecution experience preferred. Must have USPTO registration number or be Patent Bar eligible.
