Corporate Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 4+ years of transactional legal experience and, most importantly, confidence and ability to manage a variety of general business transactions on a weekly basis. The candidate will guide clients in navigating best practices in corporate law by providing legal advice on governance, policies, intellectual property, employment, operations, and general compliance issues. Will manage a variety of general business transactions including company formations, shareholder agreements, stock issuance, operating agreements, etc. Draft, review, and modify commercial contracts. Support firm in managing a variety of small to medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. Proactive and diligent in managing clients, projects, and client priorities, and strong interpersonal skills (both with the firm and clients). Interest in helping operationalize and streamline day-to-day legal tasks is a bonus. Must possess a license to practice law and be a member in good standing of the State Bar association. Must be able to use MS Office and Google Suite - computer proficient. Should have 3-5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, a staff attorney, or an associate attorney for a corporate law firm, or as an in-house counsel for a corporation. Should have served as general counsel or managed a book of business to handle the various needs of business clients. Superb analytical, negotiation and communication skills are crucial.
