The candidate will serve in patent litigation and also opportunities for patent transactional work. Should have a high-tech background. Should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics (or equivalent work experience, including in software and programming). Experience in either patent litigation or patent transactional work (including patent prosecution), or both, would be preferred; experience in PTAB proceedings would be a plus. Must have excellent academic experience. Must be licensed in NY.
