Securities Litigation and Enforcement Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have experience handling SEC enforcement, securities litigation, corporate governance, securities-related class action suits, and/or FINRA matters.

The candidate must have first-class litigation, critical thinking, communication, research, e-discovery, and writing skills. Should preferably work effectively as part of a team and individually on client matters in an environment where creativity, drive, and client service are valued.
