Must be experienced in representation of investment advisors/managers in the structuring and formation of domestic and offshore private equity, venture capital and hedge funds and in ongoing regulatory, reporting and compliance matters for private funds. Public fund formation experience is a plus. New Jersey and New York Bar admission is required.
