The candidate should preferably have experience with helping vintners, distillers, brewers, and importers of beverage alcohol products deal with international, federal and state laws, rules and regulations applicable to the most regulated consumer products in the world. Experience with Alcohol Beverage Control Law is preferred. Should have experience commensurate with time in practice, strong writing and analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials. Experience with general business law is required.
