Labor and Employment Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment attorney with 3-7 years of traditional labor law experience, working with or without partner oversight on litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances in labor arbitration, advising on labor law matters, researching labor law issues, or participating in or advising on collective bargaining. The candidate must have experience in case law research, and brief and motion drafting. Employment law background and basic familiarity are a plus. Applicants with different yet comparable civil litigation experience will be considered.
