Employment Labor Attorney

Bethlehem office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment labor attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate should have a strong employment litigation background. Experience in public-sector bargaining, to include negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees - schools, police, and municipalities are a plus. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
