New York City office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in employment defense litigation. The candidate will handle employment related claims in litigation and before state and federal enforcement agencies. Will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations. Effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions for the benefit of the clients. Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients. Argue decisively at court hearings. Conduct fact gathering and advantageous depositions. Defend properly prepared client representatives at deposition. New York Bar Admission with "active" status is required.

J.D. from an accredited law school is needed. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment. Outstanding academic credentials.
