Senior Real Estate Associate/Counsel Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior real estate associate/counsel attorney with 7+ years of experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. The candidate should possess extensive experience including reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements; reviewing and negotiating loan documents on behalf of Borrowers; and representing clients in buying, selling, and financing commercial real estate (and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating related documentation). Should have significant and sophisticated law firm experience, strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to run transactions autonomously and as part of a team. DC Bar membership is required.
