Data Privacy Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a data privacy associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in the data privacy and information security practice area. The candidate will understand how data flows through the organization and how to work with key stakeholders on developing compliance protocols, best data-related practices, and balancing legal risks with business needs. Ability to advise broadly across different types of industries, including healthcare, digital health technologies, biometrics, digital advertising and technology, and financial institutions and technologies. Provide counseling on California Consumer Privacy Act /California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state laws and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data privacy and technology issues. Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification is strongly preferred (additional CIPP certifications a plus).
