The candidate will represent non-insurance-based clients in all aspects and phases of commercial real estate and business litigation throughout California. Typical cases include disputes involving commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, failure to disclose issues, partition actions as well as other business disputes. Experience with pragmatic and creative resolutions is required. Must be admitted to practice in California.

The candidate should have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Must possess a strong analytical ability. Must have excellent legal research, drafting, and writing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
