Litigation Attorney

Entry-level candidates who have passed all requirements for licensure are also encouraged to apply. Must preferably have some experience in one or more of the following practice areas: construction litigation, defense of government and municipalities, employment law, business litigation, insurance coverage, premises and product liability, professional malpractice, transportation litigation, personal injury, creditor's rights, and other civil litigation. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission to North Carolina based on an existing UBE score.
