Real Estate / Land Use Associate Attorney

Allentown office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate/land use associate attorney with 2-6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience. The candidate will be responsible for: real estate acquisitions and sales; representing owners and developers in land use and zoning matters; leasing; tax assessment matters; and eminent domain. Should preferably have commercial real estate and land use experience. Must be an active member of the PA Bar in good standing. NJ Bar admission is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work independently is required. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
