The candidate works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Prepares, files, and prosecutes patent applications in the United States and abroad. Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses. Assists with due diligence related to financing and acquisitions. Must have an advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field of study. Must be graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Should be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York. Must be admitted to the USPTO. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
