Junior Associate Attorney

Clearwater office of our client seeks a junior associate attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will gain experience in complex civil litigation and ADR, federal and state transportation regulations, corporate transactions from contracts development to mergers and acquisitions, insurance strategy, employment and injury defense, and a wide range of legal issues relating to the industry. Florida Bar admission in good standing is required.

The candidate must have a desire to grow professional and business network, and develop the legal profession in transportation law. Should be responsive in a fast-paced law firm environment and in meeting business client demands. Must be reliable to complete tasks and self-manage caseload. Good time management skills are essential. Should be technologically savvy and able to work paperless and with remote team members.
