The candidate should preferably have experience in real estate litigation and/or construction litigation and have completed a 1-2 year clerkship with a state or federal court. Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar and be qualified to waive into the DC Bar.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Strong writing skills, superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments, good interpersonal skills, and a strong, client-team-focused work ethic are required. Must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong client-team-focused approach.
