A law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Irvine, California. The Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on workers' compensation claims. Duties:

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Current license to practice law.
  • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
