The candidate must have experience with some of the following areas: the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; Federal health care program regulations, such as Medicare and Medicaid requirements; the False Claims Act; and/or the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and/or Sunshine Act.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and writing and research skills.
