A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join their Sheffield Village office. The successful candidate will lead the Estate Planning, Probate, and Transactional department, collaborating with various teams and participating in leadership and marketing initiatives.

Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Advise on tax implications of estate planning choices.
• Manage real estate transactions, including agreements and leases.
• Oversee probate and trust administration.
• Independently handle assigned cases and docket.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Engage in business development and client relationship building.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
• Transactional experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with probate court procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
