Litigation Associate Attorney

Naples office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2-7 years of general litigation experience. The candidate will work on matters involving business tort, contract litigation, and appellate brief research and drafting in the representation of financial institutions, developers, employers, corporations, and local government entities. Will review and analyze a myriad of legal issues. Draft complaints, manage discovery, and conduct depositions. Must be a Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

The candidate should have exceptional research and writing skills. Must have a strong work ethic and desire for professional development. Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making is required. Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues is needed.
