Corporate/Litigation Attorney

Cerritos office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate/litigation attorney with 1-3 years experience in litigation and corporate. The candidate will contribute to the goals of the organization by servicing our growing client base in cases requiring arbitration and/or litigation. Will also regularly support the firm in practicing corporate and transactional law. Must have a License to practice law State of California.

The candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills that support a well-organized yet adaptable work style. Must be a Graduate of an accredited law school. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and plan efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability are required. Must have strong project management and multitasking skills. Extremely accurate and thorough is needed. Commitment to continuous learning is required.
