Associate Attorney Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Law

Duties:

• Manage and prioritize a large, diverse caseload.
• Draft, review, and ensure compliance of pleadings with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and related legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues to reduce client risks.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active Delaware Bar membership (NJ, PA, or MD admissions are a plus).
• Previous experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title law, or mortgage banking is beneficial.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and in-good-standing membership with the Delaware Bar.
• Additional bar admissions (NJ, PA, MD) are advantageous.
