Associate Attorney Plaintiffs' Litigation

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other necessary documents.
• Handle pre-trial procedures, including discovery and depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings and court proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and strategic advice.
• Travel within Ohio for case-related matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation (preferred but not required).
• Proven time management skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach to legal work.
• Ability to travel within Ohio for case-related activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Ohio Bar (preferred).
