Lead Attorney

Kingston office of our client seeks a lead attorney with 6+ years of experience to assist in handling the Firm's growing litigation practice and lead case teams. The candidate should preferably have Spanish fluency. Class and collective action experience or wage and hour litigation are preferred.

The candidate must have a strong commitment to righting wrongs, strong writing and research skills, strong stand up and communication skills, litigation experience in federal court and with complex litigation procedures, and the capacity to lead diverse case teams. Strong interpersonal skills are also required. The firm offers benefits that include health insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
