Mid To Senior-Level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level real estate finance associate attorney with 3 years of experience in transactional real estate, title, survey, and contract drafting matters. The candidate should preferably have experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures). Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must: joint ventures, commercial financing, private placements/capital raises, leases, easements, construction, property management agreements, land use, or development.

The candidate must be effective at working as part of a supportive team, curious and willing to learn, proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, effective at managing internal and external client and counsel relationships, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
