Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of extensive REIT-focused capabilities including joint ventures and co-investments, complex acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, debt and equity and real estate finance experience. The candidate will join the Real Estate Investments and Transactions Group. Will work with partners and senior associates representing real estate funds, investors, public and private REITs and investment banks in connection with a variety of real estate matters. Matters may include drafting, reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and property management agreements. Prepare lease agreement summaries and coordinate various due diligence projects. Have client contact and should stay apprised of industry trends.

The candidate must be detail-oriented. Excellent writing and time management skills are required. Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent is also required.
