Senior Private Fund Formation Associate/Counsel

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior private fund formation associate/counsel with 3-12 years of experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and similar private funds. The candidate will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility on a variety of matters. Will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients. Should have experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds. Representing investors with respect to private fund investments will also be considered. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager is strongly preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Must demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
