Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The candidate should preferably have significant experience with litigation procedures, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions, experience managing all aspects of document-intensive matters, and, ideally, be familiar with private equity and M&A dispute issues. Should have experience managing multiple workflows and teams of younger attorneys. Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida.

The candidate must have a strong academic background, and good research and writing skills. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters are essential.
