Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have deposition, hearing and trial experience. Order of the Coif, Law Review or Clerkship experience a plus. Knowledge of federal and state court practice, and experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other routine court filings; and significant case management experience are essential.
