Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Cincinnati office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning associate attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will perform associate-level work in the areas of estate planning, probate, wills, and trusts. Will draft documents. Work with clients to draft and execute wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Maintain client relationships, meeting with them to execute documents. Perform legal research and writing. Multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Independently manage cases. Other duties as assigned, such as assisting with other legal matters as needed. Must have an understanding of state and federal tax laws, wills, and trusts. Knowledge of Ohio Guardianship and Elder Law. Experience completing complex estate planning essentials. Must be licensed to practice law and Ohio and/or Kentucky.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor Degree. Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills needed. Should have strong attention to detail an ability to manage multiple projects. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are needed. Strong organizational skills essential.
