Workers' Compensation Attorney

New Brunswick office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a workers' compensation attorney with 3+ years of experience, representing either Petitioners or Respondent. The candidate will focus on the injured worker's rights in matters pending before the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation. Will serve as an advocate and an ambassador to the applicants and claimants and will work positively and diligently for the client with the paralegals and legal assistants on the team. Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation matters independently, including pleadings, discovery, remote and in-person court appearances, motion practice, trials, briefs, and appeals. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate and Document Management systems. Must be NJ Licensed attorney.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent. Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills essential. Should possess a strong academic record of 3.0.
