Portland office of our client seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the areas of experience: matters involving wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, wage and hour laws, employee privacy and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Will provide advice on issues involving equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, employment contracts, non-competition agreements and public sector employment round out the inclusive list of services provided by Group members. Must be active in labor management relations, union negotiations, representation elections and arbitrations matters. Must have license to practice in Maine and another New England jurisdiction.

The candidate should have superb research and writing skills; superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
