Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level executive compensation and benefits associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in the design and implementation of executive compensation and incentive programs, compliance with securities laws relating to disclosure of executive compensation, support of M&A executive compensation and benefits work, and analysis of tax issues relating to executive compensation including Sections 409A and 280G of the Code. The candidate must have relevant transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Bar admission in Pennsylvania is required.
