Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax attorney with 5-12 years of income tax experience. The candidate will provide hands-on day-to-day close counseling of the firms existing clients on state and federal income tax matters, including, structuring sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors. Should have a strong background in federal, state, and local tax matters, including corporate, partnership and individual taxation. An LL.M. degree in Taxation essential. Partial book of business is a plus.

The candidate should be an excellent writer with strong analytic ability, have a willingness to work, and have the ability to interface with clients.
